Sanitation systems.

Arranging and accompanying the site inspection with certification body (spanc or equivalent), written agreement of type and size including the possibility of mains sewage disposal.

Price quote for installation.

Certification of final installation from spanc or equivalent.                                                                                   €250.00

New installation of central heating systems.

Arranging and accompanying the site inspection with the representatives of the boiler manufacturers and the fuel system specialists.

Certification of final installation from certification body Qualigaz or equivalent.                                                     €250.00

Arranging for a building survey from a recognised surveyor.                                                                               €100.00

Arranging a roofing inspection from a recognised surveyor.                                                                                €100.00

We can also arrange for inspections to be carried out on the electrics, plumbing, windows etc.

These cost an average of €50 to arrange and will come with a written report.

All of the inspection work is carried out by registered and insured French artisans.  

All of the reports will be in either French or English, we can translate to other languages as required and for cost.

All of the inspections and reports are on a no obligation basis. If the client engages us to carry out the work then arrangement fees as listed above are deducted from the final bill amount. Please note that inspection fees and charges will be billed separately by the body carrying out the inspection.

Arrangement fees include a key-holder service whereby we can arrange and provide accompanied access to the property for inspection appointments.
