Charges and Costs
Our plumbers and carpenters charge by the hour to give you true value for money. We have a minimum charge of 1 hour, but remember we do not charge for travelling within 50 kilometres of Castres. beyond 50 kilometres there is a €50 daily out of area charge. Finally, we do not add any percentage onto materials or products bought on your behalf.
Hourly charges apply up to 3 hours. Thereafter, half day and full day rates are applied.

Flat pack bedroom furniture
Move all boxes into the bedroom in question before unpacking, otherwise you risk marking your paintwork with planks of wood.
Typical duration
Assemble bed = 45 mins
Assemble single wardrobe = 1 hour
Assemble triple wardrobe = 2-4 hours
Assemble chest of drawers (1m high) = 1 hour
Assemble chest of drawers (head height) = 1.5 hours

Picture Hanging
For heavy pictures and mirrors, a 2nd pair of hands is often required. Please let us know if you are prepared to lend a hand or whether we should send 2 handymen.
Typical duration
Hang 1 x small picture (25cm x 25cm) = 2-3 mins
Hang 1 x medium picture (up to 1m x 1m) = 10 mins
Hang 1 x large picture (more than 1m x 1m) = 20 mins
Wire up back of picture = 2-3 mins
We charge an agreed deposit on all jobs over €1000.
